FAQ

2D Ultrasound:
A 2D scan is the traditional black-and-white image most commonly used in medical settings. It shows a flat, two-dimensional view of your baby, allowing healthcare providers to check growth, position, and overall development.

3D Ultrasound:
A 3D scan captures three-dimensional still images of your baby, giving you a more lifelike view. You can clearly see facial features, tiny hands, and feet—creating a beautiful keepsake for parents.

4D Ultrasound:
A 4D scan brings your 3D images to life by showing real-time movement. You can watch your baby yawn, stretch, or wiggle right before your eyes, creating a truly special bonding experience.

5D Ultrasound:
A 5D scan enhances the 4D experience with advanced lighting and color technology, producing clearer, more realistic, and detailed images. It offers a stunning, almost lifelike view of your baby, making the experience even more magical.

Elective Ultrasound:
An elective ultrasound does not require a referral or order from a healthcare provider. These sessions are non-diagnostic, meaning they are performed purely for bonding and enjoyment—allowing you to see your baby and share special moments with loved ones.

Diagnostic Ultrasound:
A diagnostic ultrasound does require an order from a medical provider and is performed for a medical reason. These exams are reviewed and interpreted by a Radiologist, and a formal report is sent to your referring healthcare provider.
